Trying to upgrade from 2.4.201 to 3.0 and failing, trying to upgrade to 2.4.211 fails with the same error

I currently have version 2.4.201 which I previously upgrade from 2.4.200. I didnt realize that there was a minimum requirement of 2.4.210/11 to upgrade to 3.0. When I tried to upgrade to 3.0 from 2.4.201 it failed and stated I needed 2.4.210. I then tried to upgrade from 2.4.201 to 2.4.210 but the same error I received when performing the upgrade from 2.4.201 to 3.0 has appeared. I am not seeing any lock files and in the window it states I can view /root/securityonion.log for errors but it displays the same error as the screen when trying to upgrade. I would hate to have to reinstall since this is a production system and cant seem to find what file is locked or is showing I am still trying to perform the 3.0 upgrade. Any suggestions?

The error you are seeing in the log might be helpful. What is it?

Are trying to soup to 3.0 or 3.1?

Sure thing, the first command shows 2.4.201. The second shows no results and searching through for /main it shows 2.4. So confused as to why the upgrade to 2.4.210 fails.

Are you running sudo soup or sudo BRANCH=2.4.210-20260306 soup?

I have tried it both ways actually. I mounted the iso and ran sudo soup then specifically pointed to that iso. I checked the hash and they match as well.

I downloaded the 2.4.211. I will try that one to see if receive the same error.
