issen v0.1.0

First release of issen — the one-command DFIR pipeline (issen <evidence>).

Downloads

• macOS (Apple silicon): issen-0.1.0-aarch64-apple-darwin.dmg (below) — unsigned; first launch: right-click → Open.
• Windows (.exe + .msi): building in CI now — will be attached to this release automatically when the Windows job finishes.
