docs: sync wiki with current codebase (v0.1.3) - Document new features: i18n, log level management, terminal themes, host groups and search, network interface monitoring, stable error codes - Update API contract: event error fields switched to AppErrorInfo (code + detail), monitor:snapshot gains network field, new set_log_level command - Refresh module line counts, dependency table (tokio features, log, env_logger, lucide-react), frontend structure and test inventory - Bump version to 0.1.3 and remove stale references (missing Architecture-Review file, obsolete component paths)
