Custom Attribute fetch and creation endpoint

Hello,

Are you able to create an endpoint in the API that can control custom attribute fetching and creation. This could be used to create a centralized system where all category requirements across all fields for a given generalized category are automatically created for a person.

For instance, I want to list books. Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and more all have different category requirements for books so if a person selects books you can combine the requirements across all categories and using the API people could create those custom attributes on their account before importing items into the system.
