`--path` doesnt work with relatives path

## Expected Behavior
`python3 42PyChecker --project=libft --path=libft`
= OK
## Actual Behavior
`python3 42PyChecker --project=libft --path=libft`
Doesnt work

Possible solution: Check for ~ or / at beggining of path
