Updates the sendspin serve web client to load @sendspin/sendspin-js v2.0.4 from unpkg, aligning the served web UI with the newer SDK behavior (notably improved default sync delay handling per platform/browser).

sendspin-js 2.0.4 now includes built-in default sync delay values per platform/browser making the web client running with
sendspin servemore in sync.
