Add proxy for JIRA #62
Description
Currently there is support for jira integrations. Add endpoints or a proxy to support interacting with the JIRA via agents. I want to eventually create a compliance agent that scours the integrations ( like docs, jira, etc ) and determine if text is within compliance. So we'll need to build those interfaces via a proxy of some kind ( via the API or another maven model ). Feel free to consider renaming the LLM proxy as integration-proxy to support the various endpoints. It would be very cool if we could replicate JIRA endpoints as much as possible so that we don't need reinvent the wheel and existing libraries could interface with it.
