Bug(Lidarr): plugins branch wrong download link

When executing a GET request for the download URL of the most recent version of Lidarr plugins branch like this:
https://lidarr.servarr.com/v1/update/plugins/changes?os=linux&runtime=netcore

It outputs this URL:
https://dev.azure.com/Lidarr/Lidarr/_apis/build/builds/4815/artifacts?artifactName=Packages&fileId=DD1734FD6FA1DE2629F81BDEE0ED39BD0888F56E11FF337B0DE80AE45E08C86D02&fileName=Lidarr.merge.3.0.0.4856.linux-core-x64.tar.gz&api-version=5.1

However, this URL throws an error:
