Extraction Tags?

Been messing with extraction in the CLI this week. Using the same tags that are in the web UI, but was wondering if there is a 'hard list' for these, or its just based on the AI just reading the text and we could feed it most anything that is logical?

ya i know i could ask this over on the 'main' repo too, but its nicer here :)

Edit: i cheated a bit, and my code agent thinks its just the ones used are 'verified to work', but 'anything is permissable'. But i dunno if that is true, not gone that deep into the code.
