Hi Atul,

Thank you for reviewing the request.
I have one doubt: on my Hacktoberfest account it shows as accepted and in review. Does this mean there is one more step where the request will be reviewed again?

When a Hacktoberfest PR is approved, it starts a 7 day clock. The PR is accepted, but only reflects for your progress with Hacktoberfest after 7 days. No further reviews will occur
