PR Description:

Automatically reassigns tasks or incidents when the currently assigned user becomes inactive.

Hi @bhavyaa30

When manager is not part of the group then assigning task to manager is not recomended.

Reassigning to default group is something that should be defined as a process, Instead add a woknote or send an email to assignment group informing that user became inactive.
