Unexpected "const" in 67 line

When log the library of CILogViewer.php, PHP has error on unepxeted "const" in 67 line. I found out solution is remove private. And we need also remove the following line private. Hope can commit a fix on that issue. Thank you so much. And your plugin is very helpful.

The problem is happening at line 67 of CILOgViewer.php because of the private access modifier that precedes the const definition.

According to the PHP Docs this feature is available from PHP 7.1.0 and above:

The visibility of a property, a method or (as of PHP 7.1.0) a constant can be defined by prefixing the declaration with the keywords public, protected or private. Class members declared public can be accessed everywhere. Members declared protected can be accessed only within the class itself and by inheriting and parent classes. Members declared as private may only be accessed by the class that defines the member.

Kindly upgrade your PHP versions to PHP 7.1.0+ or remove the private access modifier that precedes const definitions
