Paints V3 (Spec)

This adds the following customizable parameters to Paints

• Canvas size: control the size of the canvas
• Canvas repeat: set the repeat mode for the canvas
• Gradient stacking: allows creating complex patterns
• Flairs: place objects around the tag
• Text weight, shadows, transform, stroke: control how the username text looks
