[BUG] Chat not loading new messages while stream is in fullscreen

Current Behavior

The chat does not show messages that others posted while the stream was in fullscreen.

Same settings in chrome do not cause this behaviour

Expected Behavior

The chat doesn't disconnect while the stream is fullscreened

Steps To Reproduce

Install 7tv in firefox
go to any stream
fullscreen the stream
exit fullscreen
chat will show "welcome to the chatroom" notification and any messages that were sent when you were in fullscreen won't appear (sanity check with 2nd browser w/o 7tv)

Tested with Version 3.0.7.1000-nightly as well as 3.0.7 (not nightly)

Upon further inspection, this seems to be twitch being assholes. They literally send a PART irc message for the current channel whenever a logged in user enters fullscreen and send a JOIN irc message whenever the user leaves fullscreen.
