This is an initial scaffolding for adding a "stream info" element next to the timer for seeing the stream latency. I believe this will fulfill #363 as I also enjoyed having that FFZ feature to know how delayed the stream is.
I am working on figuring out how to capture the player video stats "Latency to Broadcaster" then patching it into the normal stream info section
