Player updates

When the add-on has a newer APK, the tablet offers to install it. Kiosk tablets can update silently once permitted.

The app id changed from dev.remotescreens.player to tech.shaffersoftworks.remotescreens.player — uninstall the old app (kiosk: factory reset and re-enroll).
