Updates

Migrated project to .Net Core 6.0 from old .Net Framework

• This allows greater support of modern features
• It gives greater long term support moving off an old framework designed for Windows XP
• It should run faster and more efficiently than the old framework
• It will now require Windows 10 or above (Windows 7 and below haven't been supported by Microsoft for nearly 3 years)

Added extra US census reference checks
Relationship calcs respect same sex marriages now
Add custom fact event analysis
Added option to show if person died during period census was taken
Detect 21h2 and 22h2 versions of Windows 10
Detect 22h2 versions of Windows 11

Bugfixes
Main form GEDCOM loading now auto scrolls the output window
Fix check for Web Version check to show if there is a new version
Fix sibling too soon check
Checking birth too soon only check if child birthdate is known
