Assumptions:

1. Currency will always be in pounds.
2. Percentage will always be a whole number and in a implicit range of [1..100]
3. Business rules will dictate the specificity of how discounts are applied. For example, in the current task, any book item discount will first be applied to the total price before any total price discounts are applied. How discount types are applied matters!
