Highlights

• Git panel now surfaces GitHub open pull requests, open issues, and latest release data via the local gh CLI.
• CodeGraph indexing is automatic: local Git projects initialize on selection and sync after 5 minutes of dirty-worktree quiet time.

Fixed

• Packaged app PATH handling for gh and the git process it invokes.
• macOS Dock restore behavior when SharkBay is hidden but the island is still visible.
• Island clicks no longer activate the main window unless a session row is selected.
• Restored agent sessions now choose the latest matching status for island/tab indicators.
• Stopped agent status clears when the user interacts with the terminal or prompt input.
• SharkBay terminal shells opt out of the Kiro wrapper via PROCESS_LAUNCHED_BY_Q=1.
