Splits the lower-level auth-related parts into a separate class and simplifies BoxUploader. I think the one meaningful change here is changing the text pattern searched for when scraping logs for the authentication trick which changed at some point.

This splits off part of BoxUploader into a separate BoxHandler class for the auth parts, and updates the Box URL that gets scraped from web server logs for the initial setup.
