It's likely an issue with their ingest service, it may be crashing and restarting. It's a new provider and they don't even have a website yet, so it may be unreliable. You can try reporting it in their Discord or disabling the provider in the config or setup wizard (-s flag)

404 would be the right response from a browser since it's a POST endpoint not a GET, it requires body data to submit to the endpoint.

I believe it should re-submit the avatar the next time it scans it after a failure, so intermittent issues shouldn't be much of a problem, other than slowing things down.

Yeah this kind of things happens time to time due to hosting from home lab. All my services hosted from home internet and its not the best stable one.
