This release is mainly structural, fixing an issue where Shift+Tab moves focus into a component when the last element in the top row is a button. Focus now shifts to the button.

The navigation context provider is updated to hold and register a SubNavigation component's closeSubNavigation function for each list with a relevant subnavigation button for use in a subsequent release.
