Closings, Entries and Exit Strategies

This release implements all methods for closing subnavigation lists when a parent closes or when focus shifts to a new element in the top row. Handles closing the entire component when exiting and moving to the last button on the top row when its corresponding last link receives focus and its sublist is closed.
