TERA Auto Login v1.1

I added the option to skip past the login prompt.

After using version 1.0 for awhile I slowly got tired of having to click "Yes" all the time so I added the option to skip it. I didn't remove it completely since some may prefer the prompt themselves.

To set, simply make the "prompt" value to "no" instead of "yes" in the INI file.

I didn't see any problems. Tested on 64-bit but should also work for 32-bit systems.
