Last week some of the 7 and 10 network channels went dark in the listings. I have determined that the following changes made to channel_list will fill the gaps (tested in region 81).

The rex grabber works with these. Once edits to channel_list are implemented, it will be necessary to run shepherd --configure to remap the shepherd to MythTV names.
The abc_website grabber is broken for two reasons:
- A table inside the grabber remains to be updated for shepherd names to abc names.
- ABC website itself, does not use the new names.
