Bumped project version from 1.2.8+11 to 1.2.9+12. Updated Dart SDK to `>=3.8.0` and Flutter SDK to `>=3.32.0`. Upgraded various dependencies in pubspec.yaml and pubspec.lock for compatibility and minor fixes.
