Bumped project version from 1.2.9+12 to 1.2.10+13. Upgraded multiple dependencies in `pubspec.yaml` and `pubspec.lock`, including `firebase_core` to `^3.14.0`, `device_info_plus` to `11.5.0`, and other transitive dependencies for compatibility and stability improvements.
