[Bug]: shopify theme dev hot reload broken

Expected behavior

The development environment should run smoothly. Now it works incredibely ify, some times loads some times doesnt and hot reload is off.

Actual behavior

Hot reload not connecting. Keeps on trying to reconnect, but never does. This results in me needing to refresh the page to see new changes. Sometimes a refresh doesn't even help. Some times when i refresh some way older version of the page gets loaded??!! Its basically chaos.

I dont get any info with verbose for the hot reload problem

Reproduction steps

1. Do "shopify theme pull" on any theme.
2. Do "shopify theme dev" on any theme.
3. Go to the main page.
4. Reload.
5. Check the dev tool console.
6. Confirm that you're starting to get never ending "theme-hot-reload.js:305 [HotReload] Connection closed by the server, attempting to reconnect..." messsages.
7. Try making some changes in the liquid.
8. Save.
9. Confirm the changes are not applied.

Operating System

Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS

Shopify CLI version (shopify --version)

@shopify/cli/3.84.0 linux-x64 node-v22.16.0

Shell

I'm facing some challenges trying to reproduce the problem:

Could you please share the output of shopify theme dev --verbose? Those logs include request IDs and other clues that might help us narrow down your shop/theme and reproduce the exact scenario you're facing.

As im trying to reproduce this again with the verbose flag. The issue seemingly has dissapeared. I did however try to reproduce this issue on a cleaner project than the one i have been experiencing it on. The issue did dissapear on the original project as well.
So if there were no changes from shopify side, maybe the relogin and store switch via shopify cli helped clear some cached buggy stuff?
Best fix i can suggest to anyone in the future experiencing something like this:

1. Reinstall shopify cli.
2. Do a fresh pull of the theme.
3. Relogin from cli.
