Updating items in empty Flashlist is not Visible

Current behavior

Initiate Flashlist with empty data, try adding item to that list, item is adding ( i can able to see item with inspector ) but not visible on the UI. check out the video attached.

FYI: Same flow is working fine with Flatlist.

Expected behavior

Flashlist items has to be visible when new item added on the flow.

To Reproduce

UPDATE: After debugging a little more, i found the issue is causing from ListHeaderComponet

if i add header component to List, this issue is happening, if header component is removed from List is behaving normal.

Some how i think this is also related to this issue (But not sure) #575

Any help / suggestions please :)
