These versions need to be synchronized so that various RBS translations can happen in sync. Without RBI and Spoom being on these exact minimum versions, we might miss either type alias definition rewriting, or type alias use-site rewriting.

Sorry, I messed up the CI, but I don't expect this to cause CI failures, other than the ones that are happening already on So, I'll go ahead and merge. |
