AgentStudio–Git 0.2.0

This release consolidates the Git metadata, worktree refresh, and remote-reference
APIs used by AgentStudio. Consumers upgrading from 0.1.0 should update their call
sites for the current typed contracts.

• Credential-safe remote snapshot encoding.
• Conservative status-continuity checks when Git configuration or attributes
  cannot safely support reuse.
• Accurate reporting when remote-reference promotion fails; committed changes
  are not misreported as rolled back.
• Expanded real-Git regression coverage and downstream package-consumer checks.

The package continues to use the existing checksum-pinned, hosted libgit2 artifact.
