only select few apps load in after hitting refresh apps

Device Pixel 7 Android 16 unrooted

after i hit refresh apps thinking it would load in the newly installed apps and instead it got rid of most of them limiting me to only a select few

iv tried

disconnecting and reconnecting the phone

uninstalling the phone app

uninstalling and reinstalling Android Dex

connecting a different device

app setting doesnt open when i click it

these are the only apps that show now

and this is what the previously shown apps that used to be available now look like

@LLG20 Check out 0.7 may be it will 99.99% it will slove but just create a new issues if have Problem
