A data collection web form built for Ricosam Engineering Ltd. Captures client information and project requirements from the field. Built with pure HTML and CSS, deployed live and actively used by a real client.

Field teams and clients use this form to submit project information, site details and requirements directly to Ricosam Engineering. The form was deployed to active construction sites as part of the company's effort to digitise their intake process.

This was built during my time as IT Administrator at Ricosam Engineering Ltd. The goal was to replace a manual paper-based intake process with a live web form that field teams could access from any device. It was deployed and is used by real people in an active business.
