Python 3 for Windows 7

Python is required to run SickGear. However, Python 3.9 and newer are not officially supported on Windows 7. Therefore, a little extra effort is required to install a modern Python 3 release on Windows 7...

1. Install Microsoft Security Update for Windows 7 (KB3063858) to add support for sha256 signed installers.
