[BUG] You do not appear to be connected to WiFi and/ or StosVPN!

Describe the bug

Everything worked fine for me for months now.
Now it was time to refresh my apps so i tried and i got this error, i thought maybe an update of StosVPN and i checked AppStore, the App isn't even in the AppStore anymore.
I tried the App LocalDevVPN, same error.
I tried resetting the pairing file, same error.
I tried regenerating a new Pairing File, same error.

i got 2 days left until my apps revoke :(

i wish to get help soon

It was time to refresh my apps so i press 'Refresh All' and got this error.

Make sure you're on airplane mode and connected to WiFi and LocalDevVPN.
