Add in trade search mode: "Instant Buyout and In Person Trade"

Hello. So, my thought is in the topic title. I can't cleary make a desicion about price of my item, becouse i can't see other offline trade options by other players in buyout trade pages. Please, add this mode.

And I also noticed a bug, I don't know what it's related to. For some reason, when sending to a city via bind f5, the message is not sent to the chat.
