Changes

• Reorganize all routes into a separate folder: controllers/.
• Set up a database system (Sequelize with pg) to store statistics (note: no personal data to identify a user).
• In addition to the last point, create a new config file (config/config.js), readme has been updated accordingly.

The changes have been reverted, and the database changed to SQLite for simpler setup.
