PuTTY Plus 0.83 R3

New features:

• Added clickable URL support. There is a new page related to Hyperlinks in Settings tree under the Window section.
• The Connection closed by remote host message now appears in the terminal itself instead of a message box, for a more elegant behaviour when having multiple PuTTY windows open.

Fixes:

• Compiled with MSVC for better performance.

Note! After downloading, please run the program at least once before using it with SuperXPuTTY!
