VAST-Display and Variable Table

This release entails the first VAST-Display which is the result of formalization steps 1-6. The variables in the display are further specified in the variable table under the google docs link in the README file (step 7). NOTE: We temporarily skipped step 5, so there is NO construct source table yet. So this release is still incomplete.
