0146_H_CORO_SVGD: Building a model using SimVascular crashes

Description

Building a model using the segmentations in the project 0146_H_CORO_SVGD crashes SimVascular.

Reproduction

Download the project and build a new model.

Expected behavior

A model should build from the existing segmentations.

Note that this project only has a Parasolid model so no Models Data Node is created and so there really is no model available to the user.

And when there is no model I will select to create a model using all segmentations. However, the svg2_pre and svg2 segmentations coincide and this crashes SimVascular

The VMR description says

Model of a patient who received a saphenous vein graft (SVG) for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. 
Each model contains at least one healthy SVG and one diseased (stenosed) SVG. Simulation results only include a pre-stent version of the model.

which at first suggests a single model but then Each model suggest multiple models.

Note that if there are .mdl files you can use them to create Model Data Nodes by replacing
