The suo-template and the enum-flag was added for VS2022, but they didn't do anything. This enables the actual functionality for VS2022.

thinks. deployed. out of curiosity, what are you using this for. i didnt think anyone was using it

We have a large solution with multiple web-projects. It is a chore to know which projects should be started, and select them in the Startup Projects dialog. When developing a specific feature, you might choose different projects, and then want you go back to the default.
I created a PowerShell script that resets the startup projects to our default.
