Align Node version with Vite 7 engine requirement
Vite 7 now declares a Node engine of ^20.19.0 || >=22.12.0, but the repo still pins 20 in apps/frontend/.nvmrc and CI uses node-version: 20.x (e.g., .github/workflows/build.yml lines 35–38). Any environment resolving to Node 20.0–20.18 (which is still common for 20.x) is outside this range, so installs/runs can hit EBADENGINE warnings or outright runtime incompatibilities when Vite is invoked. Consider bumping the documented/CI Node version to >=20.19 or keeping Vite on a version that supports the current Node range.
