Please update the SITK_TARGET and run the shell script, per the "shouting" comment. This will also set the Date field to match the 2.5.5 date.
SimpleITK v2.5.5 release includes a patch to SWIG to add support to for R 4.6.0. xref: swig/swig#3411

Update the SimpleITK version to 2.5.5.
