[3.0 & 2.1]: Database error, duplicate entry, adding moderators to boards #9165

I cannot duplicate the issue, even with adding many, many moderators as well as moderator groups. The existing logic properly avoids trying to store dupes.
So it's hard to tell if this is a real bug, or, there's a little bit of mangled code somewhere due to mods/patching...
Still, @VBGAMER45's suggested fix looks safe & in general, a good idea...
Just change the insert from an 'insert' to an 'ignore'.
