FAQ
Using automation tools for drop mining is a gray area. This tool mimics normal watch behavior without botting streams or faking engagement beyond what Twitch's own drop system requires. Use at your own discretion.
- Game account not linked — go to twitch.tv/drops/campaigns and link the required game account
- Campaign not eligible — some campaigns require a linked game account or subscription
- No live channels — the game may have no live channels eligible for drops right now
- Drop already claimed — check the Inventory tab to see if you already have it
- All drops for your priority games may already be claimed
- The campaigns may not be live right now (check Twitch campaigns page)
- Add more games to the priority queue in Settings
Not recommended. Watching a stream on the same account can conflict with the miner's watch signals and may reset your drop progress timer.
This is normal if:
- None of your followed channels are currently live
- Or the followed channels don't support channel points
The miner logs this as "Idle (followed): 0 live followed channels" — it's not an error, just no one is online right now.
Go to System → Accounts → click ✏️ next to your account → enter a name → save. This name appears in all Discord notifications and embeds.
Generate a new one: Settings → Discord Bot → Generate Code. Each code is valid for 10 minutes.
- Reload Campaigns (System tab) — refreshes the drop campaign list without restarting the miner process. Use this when new campaigns become available.
- Restart Miner — fully restarts the Python process. Use this if something seems stuck.
Use Skip Game when a game has drops but you're not interested in them this session. The game isn't excluded permanently — it comes back after a miner restart.
- Put games with time-limited or rare drops at the top
- Games with "all access" drops (no sub required) are generally easier to get
The Check for Drops button in the Main tab manually triggers a campaign refresh — same as pressing F5 but without reloading the page.
The dashboard is mobile-optimized. All 7 tabs are accessible without horizontal scrolling. Bookmark the URL to your home screen for quick access.
v1.2.7+ automatically removes games from the queue when all their campaigns have expired or all drops are claimed. This keeps the queue clean without manual maintenance. If you want the game back, re-add it from Settings → Games to Watch.
Click the campaign name in the Inventory tab — a popup shows all drops with images, progress bars, and status. Click ▸ N drops left to see only unclaimed drops.
