Make an anaconda environment by importing opencv and numpy
run the "Setting my color" code 
then adjust the bars so that you only see the desired color and the rest of things appear black
then copy the output and paste it in the mycolor array of paint.py
then enter the BGR value of the color you want to get drawn on the screen in newColor array
then run your code paint.py
