…e slot) #478 and #471 both landed migration 000033 — phpass_hash and password_reset_tokens. The migrate runner sees the duplicate and refuses to load the source. Every PR in the queue has been failing test-go on this for hours. Renumber phpass to 000035 (next free after 000034_magic_link_tokens). No content changes; just the file names.
