Version 1.16.3
This release mainly focuses on stabilizing refilling again, so if you previously encountered issues with refilling broken tools, refilling to the offhand or refilling triggering when it shouldn't (on block pick or other interactions) - these should all be fixed now.
It also contains an update of the Tweed config library so this release is compatible with the Spice Of Fabric beta versions.
Also Minecraft 26.2 support :)
