Summary
Implemented select component in both the registry and demo directories.
This adds consistent UI and demo usage for Select across the project.

Implemented select component in src/components/ui/select.tsx
Created demo component for Select in src/app/demo/[name]/ui/select.tsx
Tested the Select component locally.
