Integration of the input component to the doc site

Summary

Implemented Input component in both the registry and demo directories.
This adds consistent UI and demo usage for Input across the project.

Changes

• Implemented Input component in src/components/ui/Input.tsx
• Created demo component for Input in src/app/demo/[name]/ui/Input.tsx
• Tested the Input component locally.
